Application

The form. Ten minutes, one real risk question. Reviewed in the first week of each month.

Scoping call

45 minutes with a founder. We establish whether your problem fits the engine and say so plainly if it doesn't.

Adversarial evaluation

You define the test the engine must pass on your system. That test, under NDA, becomes the pilot's acceptance criterion.

Pilot

Fixed scope, the alpha at cost price, founding-team involvement. Preferential post-pilot terms in writing before kickoff.
