Aegis holds the whole company: your facilities, your process map, and the links between services, suppliers and work units, on real terrain. Every work unit starts as a job position from your risk registry, not a blank form.
Draw your site once. Aegis reads what surrounds it. Classified installations, fire hydrants, schools and hospitals come from public registries. Aegis places them on the map next to your own units, so you get your plant and its neighbourhood in a single model.

Early detection from the sensors you already run.
Weather, cameras and process sensors are half the picture. The other half is what you already told Aegis about the site: which unit stores which chemical, which line depends on which utility, what a failure there could reach.
A temperature drift is not a number on its own. Aegis reads it against the unit it comes from, the chemicals stored there, and everything that unit feeds into. A weather front is not just a forecast. It is checked against which outdoor units it can reach and what those units could trigger downstream.
The same fused picture serves the operator on duty, the EHS service, the insurer and the authorities you report to.
From incident log to scenario tree.
Reporting tools tell you what already happened. From here, the Encoder goes to work: it pairs every hazardous source on and around your site with what it can reach, and generates the scenarios in between.
An ammonia leak starts at the compressor room. The substation next to it fails. The control room it powers goes down with it. Production stops.
You did not build that chain. Aegis did, from the links already in your model. It finds every other chain your site allows too, and ranks them worst first, so the scenario that stops production is the one you read first.
Every branch carries a probability estimate and the real accidents behind it. A prediction is never a black box: a reviewer sees how likely each step is and traces it back to the cases it came from.

Risk registry
Enter every job position from your risk registry once. Aegis places it in the same model as everything else: the chemicals nearby, the other dangerous positions around it, and the sensor that would catch a leak there first.
Chemical library
Chemicals and hazards are defined once, in a shared registry. Every unit that touches them reuses that entry instead of a retyped copy.
Process links
Mark what each unit depends on and feeds into. A single "whole organization" link covers support units whose failure would stall the entire site.
Permits to work
Templates per standard, area and job type. Print as a page or a pocket card, in bulk, and track who has received theirs.
Compliance
A regulation library checked against your site automatically, wherever your plant is located.
